How do I receive my Pocket WiFi after purchase ?

You have two options for picking up your Pocket WiFi after your purchase: You can either retrieve it at the airport or at the hotel.

Pocket Wifi Airport Pick-up

Please pick up your Pocket Wifi at one of the JAL ABC counters below.

  • Narita International Airport Terminal 1 :

Arrival floor (1F)
North Wing : 7:00~18:00
South Wing : 7:00～1 hour after the last flight on arrival

Departure floor（4F）
North Wing : Temporary closed
South Wing : 7:00~20:00

  • Narita International Airport Terminal 2 :

Make sure to check the closing time of the counter, taking into account the time between your landing and the moment you pick up your luggage (about 1 hour).
We will inform you of the counter where you should pick up your Pocket Wi-Fi according to the time of your arrival. 
If the counter is closed at your time of arrival, please choose hotel delivery. 

 

Return Policy

We kindly remind all our customers that the Pocket Wi-Fi must be returned on the last day of your trip in Japan. This is to be enclosed in the pre-paid and pre-filled envelope that came with your rental. 

Please gather the Pocket Wi-Fi and all its accessories, close the envelope and dispose it in any mailbox. You also have the possible to send it directly from the airport before going through security gate (a red mailbox is located near the security checkpoints).

Please note that if the Pocket Wi-Fi kit is not returned in time or is incomplete, you will be charged the following fees:

  • Lost device : €180 – $200 – £160
  • Kit sent back late: €8 – $9 – £7 per day penalty
  • Incomplete kit excluding device (lost pouch, lost or damaged cable): €15 – $16 – £13 per missing item.

Be sure that the name given to the hotel is the same as the one indicated below. The Pocket WiFI reservation name and the hotel reservation name MUST be identical.

Please note that the postal service cannot deliver to a name not registered to a residential address.

If you are lodging at a private residence, you will need to indicate the owner’s name of the house to be delivered. Many Airbnb type accommodations don't have big enough mailboxes and Japan Postal Service may bring back items to the post offices. We strongly recommend to specify the nearest post office to your AirBnb accommodation as the delivery location.

Indicate the airline code composed of one or two letters followed by the number as shown on your flight ticket. Example : AF3416 If you are flying with a stopover, please specify your flight number that lands in Japan.
