Description
Finding a way to get to your hotel should be the least of your worries after a long, exhausting flight. The Airport Transfer Bus will take you to and from Tokyo's two main international airports (Narita Airport: NRT and Haneda Airport: HND) to the Tokyo city center.

Where can I go with the Airport Transfer Bus?
Route: From Narita Airport/Haneda Airport (all terminals) to Tokyo’s Shinjuku district and vice-versa
The bus stop is Shinjuku Station West Gate.
The Narita vouchers also give access to a second route, between Haneda Airport and Narita Airport.
Service regularity: 2 buses per hour.
Length of the journey:
Between 60 minutes and 90 minutes for Shinjuku < > Narita Airport
Between 30 minutes and 40 minutes for Shinjuku < > Haneda Airport
After Shinjuku Station’s West Gate, some of the buses will also stop at several main hotels in Shinjuku. For more information, please check the FAQ below.
Other lines (to Tokyo Disney Resort, and the districts of Ginza, Roppongi Akasaka, Yokohama) will be available starting March 2023. You can already book tickets, as the tickets are the same no matter the destination in Tokyo.
Useful information
You can buy either adult fare or child fare vouchers, for Narita Airport or Haneda Airport. Vouchers are valid for a return trip between the city and Narita Airport/Haneda Airport. To take the bus, you will need to exchange the voucher for the actual ticket, mentioning the specific time and route.

Please hand the voucher to the receptionist at the Airport Limousine company desks to receive your ticket towards Tokyo. Desks are always open when buses are operating.

Please give your return ticket to the hotel reception or the bus doorman to take a ride.

It is not always necessary to make a reservation, but if there is no remaining space on the vehicle, you will not be allowed to board. You can make a reservation to ensure your passage. Reservations can be made by asking the hotel reception or by calling +81 (0) 3-3665-7220 (09:00-18:00).
